Apex SEO Intelligence Docs
Setup and usage reference for store owners, agencies, and reviewers.
Installation
Upload the plugin ZIP from WordPress admin, activate it, then open Apex SEO Intelligence from the admin menu. The plugin requires WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.
Connecting Google Search Console
Click Connect Google, approve Search Console access, and return to WordPress. Choose a verified Search Console property that matches the site or store being reviewed.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard summarizes clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, device traffic, country traffic, keyword rows, page rows, trend rows, and SEO score.
CTR Opportunities
CTR opportunities identify pages and queries with strong impressions but below-target click-through rate. Use these to improve titles, descriptions, and page positioning.
Revenue Opportunities
Revenue opportunities estimate the value of improved visibility and clicks. These estimates help prioritize work by likely business impact.
Action Insights
rule-based insights translate performance changes into practical recommendations, such as refreshing metadata, expanding content, or improving internal links.
Exporting Reports
Use Export CSV for spreadsheet analysis or Export PDF for stakeholder reporting. The live demo includes sample export buttons for reviewer testing.
Troubleshooting
- If connection fails, confirm the Google account has access to a verified Search Console property.
- If no rows load, confirm the selected property URL matches the Search Console property exactly.
- If OAuth is blocked, confirm the site can reach the Apex Digital OAuth service.
- If exports look empty, load Search Console data before exporting.
